Shipping Policy
All our products are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Services.
We have a flat weight shipping fee. If you spend £50 or more we will provide shipping free of charge.
You will receive an email with Tracking details once we have shipped your goods.
We aim to post our products as soon as possible.
Customers outside Europe please contact us for prices. We will give you a price for your whole order.
UK customers who wish to take advantage of the 24hr Express Delivery please note Royal Mail do not 100% guarentee next day delivery. There are some exceptions such as the parcel being redirected. Please refer to Royal Mail website for more details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Kinelle we want you to be satisfied with your purchases and we expect them to arrive in the best condition.
Should you not be satisfied please email us to let us know. Send the product back to us within 14 days and we will offer a refund or a product up to the same value, shipped for free of course.
